Nidan fall
Nidan Falls also often referred to as the Katangi Falls is an eye-pleasing waterfall which is situated in the village of Bhainsa in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. The waterfall is located at a distance of 30 km from the Jabalpur city center and can be reached by car, taxi or bus.
The falls can be located at 1 km distance from the main road.hight of the fall more than 100ft. This fall is also called Nidan Kund. The fall of water from such great height creates a misty atmosphere which is very pleasant to witness. The falls are present in lush green surroundings providing picturesque scenery.
The monsoon season accompanies a rise in water levels making the Nidan Falls a perfect spot to spend some time with friends and family. Thus the best time to visit the falls is after the monsoon in the month of July and September. In order to explore the beauty of nature in all its wilderness which the falls have to offer, one must be ready to spare at least 2 hours from their schedules.
The falls can be visited between the sunrise and sunset. Staying after sunset is not advisable. The best time to visit is between 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM. The luxuriate experience of the Nadin Falls is free for all visitors.
